RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

There is no need to return your item(s). If you have received an item that is:

• the wrong size
• the wrong color
• the wrong item
• damaged
• defective
• missing parts or
• Has a design flaw

 

We will exchange the item(s) at no charge or give you a full refund. Use the link below to file an exchange/refund claim. You will need to provide proof via picture or documentation that the item you received falls under one of the preceding qualifications for an exchange. When we receive and review the form, we will proceed accordingly. We will exchange the item(s) or give you a full refund.

• Exchange - You will be sent the correct item or another item of equal or lesser value. If the new order changes in price, we will refund you the difference in price compared to your original order.
• Refund - A full refund will be administered. (Sales tax and shipping if applicable)
